Bohdan Manko, operating as Manko Apps ("we", "us", "our"), is committed to protecting the privacy of merchants who install our Shopify applications and visitors to manko.pro. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how it is handled.
manko.pro uses Google Analytics and Google AdSense. These services may automatically collect:
No personally identifiable information is collected directly by this site. No registration or login is required.
Google Analytics and AdSense set cookies to distinguish visitors and measure traffic. Your theme preference (light/dark) is stored in localStorage on your device only and is never transmitted.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

This section applies to all Shopify applications published by Manko Apps and governs the data we access from Shopify merchants and their customers.
When a merchant installs one of our apps, we may access the following data through the Shopify Admin API, limited to the scopes required by each specific application:

Each app's Shopify listing specifies the exact API scopes it requests. We do not request scopes beyond what the app requires to function.
Some apps may process data about a merchant's customers (such as names, email addresses, or order information) solely to provide the service to the merchant. We act as a data processor on behalf of the merchant, who is the data controller for their customers' information.
We do not use customer data for our own marketing, analytics, or any purpose other than delivering the app's stated functionality.
We do not sell, rent, or share merchant data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

No other sharing occurs without explicit merchant consent.
We retain merchant data for as long as the app is installed. Upon uninstallation, we process Shopify's mandatory shop/redact webhook and delete or anonymise all associated merchant data within 30 days.
Customer data is deleted upon receiving the customers/redact webhook from Shopify, within 30 days of the request.
Our apps implement all three Shopify GDPR-mandatory webhooks:

We implement industry-standard measures to protect data: encrypted connections (TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews. Shopify OAuth tokens are stored encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You have the right to access, correct, port, or erase personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, contact us below.
Merchants may request a copy of all data we hold for their store, or request deletion of that data, at any time by contacting us or by uninstalling the app (which triggers automatic deletion per section 2.5).
Our services are not directed to anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our apps or website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
